Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy:
All sale items are final. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please email us a photo. All items mailed out USPS are insured so please contact USPS first.

Refund/ Exchanges:
We do not accept returns on clothing so please make sure you aware of sizing, and measurements. Also we are not responsible for manufacturing defect. We do hand inspect all items that are shipped out. You will have up to the date listed on your invoice to return your item. Please note shipping will not be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving your item at minaandrosy@gmail.com to alert us of the damage,or reason why you are returning the item, then return the damaged item to us. We will not pay for return shipping. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will send out a replacement, if applicable.

Refund (if applicable):
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with in 7 days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be visible in your account. Processing will depend on the bank or credit card company, there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you are receiving a refund a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular prices items except clothing maybe refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping:
To return your product you should contact us prior to shipping the item at minaandrosy@gmail.com .
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you shipping an item over $75 dollars, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or track purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Mina & Rosy are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Mina & Rosy will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
